Each warehouse, as detailed in the Warehouses section, manages its own product stocks, which are archived for three months and updated daily.

Stock Information

Key features and capabilities of product stock management.

Box

Represents the container for specific products stored in a warehouse.

E.g., Box B123 for electronics in Warehouse A.

Box Size

Indicates the size of the box, which determines storage capacity.

E.g., Medium (50x30x20 cm) for clothing items.

Quantity

Shows the number of items in a box, manually or automatically updated.

E.g., 100 units of Product X in Box B123.

Management Rules

Guidelines for stock management operations.

Product stocks are archived for three months and updated daily, accessible in the settings section.

Users can add or remove stocks individually or in bulk using the Assign/UnAssign buttons.

The Transfer button enables moving products to branches, covered in the Transfers section.

Active warehouse stocks are used during checkout, updating quantities based on checkout status (Complete, Refunded, Partial Refunded), covered in the Checkout section.
