The Inbox service enables role-based communication. Admins and Branch Managers can send messages to other users by searching for their usernames, facilitating secure and efficient communication across the entire supermarket network.

Receive Messages
All users can receive messages from higher roles (e.g., Admins, Branch Managers) through the Inbox tab, ensuring streamlined communication across the supermarket network.
E.g., An Operator receives a message from the Admin about a new discount policy.
Send Messages
Admins and Branch Managers can send messages to other users by searching for their usernames in the Send Message tab, facilitating targeted communication.
E.g., A Branch Manager searches for another manager's username to send a message about inventory updates.

The Inbox service enables communication between supermarket roles, with messages organized by title and description for clarity.
All users can receive messages from higher roles (e.g., Operators receive from Admins and Branch Managers), but only Admins and Branch Managers can send messages.
The Send Message tab allows Admins and Branch Managers to search for recipient usernames, ensuring precise and secure communication.
The Inbox tab displays received messages, with a separate Send Message tab for eligible roles to initiate communication.
Messages are role-restricted to maintain hierarchy and security, with Operators limited to receiving messages only.
