Basic Information

Everything you need to know to get started with your Cartify dashboard. Access your management interface and configure your system.

Access Your Dashboard

Once the installation is complete, open the Cartify Launcher on your device to access the dashboard.

Windows Launcher

Open the Cartify Desktop Launcher from your Start Menu or desktop shortcut.

Run Cartify.exe

Android Launcher

Open the Cartify app from your app drawer after installing the APK.

Use these credentials for your initial login. Remember to change them immediately after signing in.

Update your username and password immediately after first login to secure your account.

Use Strong Passwords

Choose a strong, unique password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA in your account settings.

Pre-configured Data

Cartify is pre-configured with foundational data and components to streamline your onboarding, including automatic population of key sections and essential role-based permissions.

Branches

Cartify includes a built-in main branch that acts as the foundational unit for your supermarket's operational structure. This central branch manages high-level settings, user accounts, warehouses, and checkout devices.

The branch name 'main branch' is permanently fixed to ensure system consistency.

Warehouses

A default warehouse is automatically created and linked to the main branch. This primary warehouse coordinates distribution, transfer, and product availability across all connected locations.

Acts as the backbone of your inventory network while allowing additional warehouses.

Other Initial Data

The system includes predefined sample products, essential user roles (Admin, Operator, Product Manager), and baseline configuration settings for quick setup.sample products & roles

Most values are customizable, but some protected roles remain fixed for security.
